If you have already downloaded your digital ticket to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay app on your mobile device, it will become invalidated as soon as it is transferred and accepted by the recipient via indycaratiowa.com. In this scenario, the accepted transferred ticket is the only valid ticket.

Instructions to access your digital tickets will be delivered via email within 10 days of the scheduled event date.

Once digital tickets are available, it takes approximately 30 minutes for the link to arrive at the provided email address. Only the INDYCAR Race Weekend at Iowa Speedway customer of record may upgrade their mobile tickets at the Ticket Office, located in the Administration Building, prior to entering the facility. If you have transferred your tickets or already entered the facility, we are unable to upgrade your tickets.

Do not print your digital ticket; it will not be accepted at the gates for admission.

If you purchased the tickets using guest checkout, you must log in with the temporary account information provided in your email order confirmation. After your transaction, you will receive two emails, including a temporary username and password. Please use that information to access your mobile tickets.
